The most important point first
Mina's Adventures is an app for children, so privacy matters to us a great deal. The app collects no personal data and uses no tracking, no ads, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics. No account or sign-up is required.
Using the app
Listening, playing and colouring in the app sends no personal data to us. Settings such as language or progress are stored locally on your device only.
In-app purchases
Optional in-app purchases (e.g. the full version) are handled by the Apple App Store. Payment is processed exclusively by Apple; we receive no payment or contact details. To manage purchase entitlements we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA), which processes an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID and the purchase status only – no name, email or other directly identifying data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Visiting this website
When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data in server log files (e.g. shortened IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type). This data is used solely to operate the site securely and reliably and is not combined with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies.
Children's privacy
The app is designed for children ages 4 and up and kept deliberately safe: no data collection, no ads, no outbound links inside the play areas and no social media. It meets the requirements for kids' apps on the App Store.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us any time at hello@speakzmedia.de.
